His last assignment was handling sales in South and West India for Oracle. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Ashwin Pai {Executive Director (Sales & Marketing)}: Ashwin Pai serves as the Executive Director responsible for Sales and Marketing. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ohio-Manipal Institute of Management and brings with him vast experience in the field of sales and marketing. He has a broad range of responsibilities that include business development, sales management, customer relationship management and corporate communications for the Company. Dev Patel (Executive Director): Dev Patel joined Century Real Estate in the year 2002. As Executive Director (Projects), he oversees the engineering and construction activity for the Company and plays a key role in the design review, project management and construction delivery of all projects. Dev has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Science degree from Northeastern University U.S.A. Mahesh Prabhu(Executive Director): Mahesh Prabhu has had successful stints with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Hewlett Packard before joining Century Real Estate in the year 2004. He has considerable experience in the Indian Capital Markets and has also managed his own broking advisory company. Mahesh holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and National Certification in Financial Markets.
